  • The Sub-Adviser uses an in-house valuation process to identify investments with superior current income and growth potential relative to their peers. This process examines several factors including: value and property, capital structure, and management and strategy
  • Multi-step investment process used in constructing the investment portfolio combines top-down region and sector allocation with bottom-up individual stock selection
