Laura Kane is the head of responsible investment and thematic research, responsible for leading the ESG investment research process across the firm’s equity, fixed-income, and multi-asset strategies at Voya Investment Management. Prior to joining Voya, Laura served as the head of thematic research at UBS and held a leadership role in investment strategy at Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. Previously, she held various positions with JPMorgan Chase’s Asset Management and Private Bank divisions. Laura earned a BS in applied economics and management, summa cum laude, from Cornell University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a CFA® Charterholder.
