RJ Harden is a senior quantitative research analyst at Voya Investment Management, responsible for delivering quantitative ESG insights to investment teams. Prior to joining Voya, RJ served as a senior ESG research analyst at JP Morgan Asset Management in New York, where he developed quantitative ESG scoring models to support the investment processes of portfolio managers and research analysts. Prior to that, he worked as a trading research data scientist at JPMAM Hong Kong, focusing on optimizing JPMAM’s global execution flow. He began his career as a quantitative developer in JPMorgan’s equity derivatives group. RJ holds a MSc in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is a CFA Charterholder and serves as a board member of the Queens Public Library Foundation.
