Thomas Cook is a product manager at Voya Investment Management, where he serves as a subject matter expert in fixed income and works closely with portfolio managers, distribution, marketing, and compliance to align priorities, derive competitive positioning, and develop and refine Voya’s investment solution set. Prior to joining Voya, he was a fixed income product specialist at PNC Capital Advisors. He earned a BS in finance from the University of Tennessee. Thomas is a CFA® Charterholder and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement certification.
