Welcoming CAM's Experienced Team
CAM’s experienced loan sourcing and investment management team will complement Voya IM’s leading fixed income capabilities and accelerate the growth of our existing private credit franchise. CAM specializes in providing privately negotiated first lien floating rate senior secured loans primarily to lower U.S. middle market companies, with more than $5B* of committed capital across multiple commingled vehicles since its founding in 2011. Voya IM’s larger private credit franchise covering a broader spectrum of direct lending capabilities will enable broader lending capabilities to our borrowers and wide-ranging product solutions and investment opportunities to our investors.

"The completion of this transaction marks an important milestone in our broader growth plans and focus on expanding our private markets and alternative capabilities to meet the growing needs of our clients. We are excited to work with Steve Czech and the entire CAM team to provide cutting-edge solutions and additional capabilities for our global client base."
